Free Parking and Wi-Fi
Parking is free to guests. If you have friends visiting you, there will probably be enough room for them to park as well but please check with us. We will need to know their car registration. If you want to leave your vehicle in the car park all day, please let us know.
The Loudor advises guests that all vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s own risk.
The Wi-Fi password is located in each room.
The Lounge
The Lounge is a communal area for all the guests Tea and coffee is available from 8am to 8pm
as well as puddings served fresh daily and cookies
The area is well decorated with books, games and newspaper.
Guests who want some where quiet to just talk and relax are welcome to use that room.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the morning from 7am to 9am.

Breakfast is traditional and uses a variety of locally produced ingredients wherever possible.
​
It is cooked fresh to order and served individually at your table.
To save time in the morning you can, if you wish, pre-order your breakfast with our menu check lists found at the front desk. These should be returned to the lobby by midnight.
Garden
The garden is available for guests staying with us with garden arts and seating areas.

You may cancel your reservation for no charge 48 hours before check - in

Please note that a fee of 10% of total amount is charged as a cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of check - in

If prepaid please contact us to cancel your booking and to authorize a refund any bookings that do not authorize a refund will not be cancelled

If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.

in the case of no - shows 50% of total amount will be charged if pre-paid 50% will be refunded back.
